Our specialist Bezzera Coffee machine Service Centre is located conveniently in Woolloongabba and offers professional routine servicing of all models of Bezzera coffee machines along with Bezzera coffee grinder.


Ideally, your Bezzera coffee machine should be serviced once every 12 months to ensure that it is maintained in top working order.  A routine service of your Bezzera single head machine costs just $120 with a turnaround time of 5 to 10 working days.

In regards to Bezzera grinders, depending on usage, the blades need to be replaced around every 3 to 4 years.  Signs that you Bezzera grinder blades have warn out include inconsistent grind size and white specks in the ground coffee.  These white specks are a result of the blades ripping the beans apart rather than grinding them.

Guaranteed Repaired Within 10 Business Days or Loaner Machine

We guarantee to repair any all the domestic models of the following brands Rancilio – Wega – Bezzera – Vibiemme – Isomac – Expobar – Elektra – Rocket within 10 business days – no excuses.

If we are unable to complete the repair of your coffee machine within this timeframe, we will provide you with a loaner machine until your machine is repaired.

Repair Guaranteed for 90 Days

We guarantee all our repairs for a period of 90 days from the date of invoice.  This does not extend to other issues that may arise due to a different part of the machine subsequently failing.  Any repair guarantee issues will require the machine to be returned to our service centre.

We experienced a problem with our bezzera coffee machine a month after purchase. We called Coffee machine specialist and the said bring it straight in. We left the machine on a monday morning and it was tested and the fault found quickly. The machine was fixed and ready for pickup the next day. We could not have been happier with the service.

Let's face it the Bezzeras are virtually bulletproof but I think you've made mine indestructible.
The milk steaming had been getting slowly worse over time and I just thought it was me.

Yes we did have our machine serviced ....

Yes we did have our coffee machine serviced a couple of weeks and I can’t fault the service at all. A couple of seals required replacing and one of the parts was replaced under warranty even though my warranty had expired a few days before. I had it to you by 10am and it was ready for pick up by 2.30pm which is exactly what you said when I called to book it in. Yes it cost a little more for the same day service but the convenience of not having to take more time off work was well worth it.

I bought my husband this machine for his birthday last year and to say he loves it would be an understatement!
