Exceeded expectation! I bought an entry level grinder today and can't get it to work or some reason. Frustrated and took it back for help. They explained and tried every single setting til they found a reasonably fine setting. Then she actually made a coffee for me to see whether the flow is too fast or too slow. I also got some beans to take home so "I don't have to waste my own beans when I might have to keep trying the grinder setting". Exceptional service. I'm sure I'll upgrade my machine in a few years and this is the place I'll be getting my machine from!

My La Scala coffee machine was in need of a thorough service. All sorts of niggling little things were going wrong. It's a heat exchanger, group E61 machine. They explained what they would do and within a couple of days I received an email stating what needed to be replaced and fixed. When I was told the machine was ready for collection I was given a full, itemised list of everything, with photos, that had been done including a box of the old parts--nothing worth keeping. In fact looking at them made me realise I should have been doing more for my machine. My machine works beautifully and smoothly. Every cup of coffee is a delight. CMS have made my machine like new. And the cost was fair and reasonable. I think they're great and I will go back.

Professional and efficient

We had our 7 year old Rocket serviced simply because the spindle on the milk frothing spout broke. When the machine was ready ( on time as promised) we couldn't believe how well it was working - it almost seemed better than it had ever been. Would happily recommend CMS to anyone.

Dropped the Rocket off for a complete service after 8 some years and paid the extra for quick turnaround.
As promised, the machine was ready in 3 days and now works as if it were new. I was shown all of the cruddy parts that were replaced and even bought the old Girl a new cup surround as a get well pressie (looks spiffy)
Definitely a good service is on offer here, very rare these days!!
As for us (the Rocket and me) we're in love again!

The team at Coffee Machine Specialists were courteous, prompt and were able to resolve an issue that the supplier of my coffee machine in Sydney could not! Moreover, their approach to providing alternatives to achieve the outcome also spoke volumes that they were not after providing the easiest/expensive solution.  So good was their service that I have switched from my repairer of the past six years to Coffee Machine Specialists.  In coffee speak their service was superbly grounded (awesome customer service), gently tampered (took time to understand the problem) and perfectly extracted (provided a solution that works and is second to none).

If we are unable to complete the repair of your coffee machine within this timeframe, we will provide you with a loaner machine until your machine is repaired.

Repair Guaranteed for 90 Days

We guarantee all our repairs for a period of 90 days from the date of invoice.  This does not extend to other issues that may arise due to a different part of the machine subsequently failing.  Any repair guarantee issues will require the machine to be returned to our service centre.
