Our Rancilio Silvia had not been used for a number of years while we were travelling around Australia. On our return we thought that we should have it serviced before it was used. I took it to Coffee Machine Specialist and found that, true to their boast, they are extremely professional.
Some parts required replacement but they easily met their stated timeframe and kept us informed over the short time that they had our machine.
Their shopfront is scrupulously clean, well laid out and attended by competent and friendly staff.

During the process, they kept me informed in great detail about how things were going and what was happening. I’ve never ever received such an amazing level of communication from any service provider….all in perfectly comprehensible and grammatically perfect grammar (for a nice change!). It was clear to me that they did a very thorough job, and even carried out some upgrades at no cost to me.

I looked around on the web for reviews of espresso machine repairers and I’m glad I did. I avoided one of Brisbane’s best known machine doctors – which got really dreadful reviews – and I found the Coffee Machine Specialists instead. They were helpful and professional and they serviced my Rancilio Silvia quickly and at very reasonable cost. I got an email immediately after I dropped my machine into them confirming that my machine had been logged into their system, and another letting me know that the job was complete (job took about a week despite the April weekend holidays). The machine came back working smoothly and powerfully and they had made a great job.

My machine is a La Scala Butterfly, group E61 heat exchanger. It needed attention badly. CMS did a fantastic job making it feel like a new machine. They were thorough and when the report came back it included photos of parts of the machine before and after where repairs were needed. There was also a box of bits that had been replaced which made feel somewhat ashamed of how I had treated it in the last year. The turnaround was fast and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend CMS.

Our coffee machine broke down the week before Christmas and New Year. Following approaches to other high performance coffee machine specialist the responses and capabilities were not satisfactory, therefore we went to Coffee Machine Specialists.

The initial approach to final delivery was excellent. The primary defect was correctly identified and a full service conducted. All objectives, scope of work, time frames and price were delivered as stated. All parts were in stock and the progress of the work was easy to actively monitor in real time.

Yes we did have our coffee machine serviced a couple of weeks and I can’t fault the service at all. A couple of seals required replacing and one of the parts was replaced under warranty even though my warranty had expired a few days before. I had it to you by 10am and it was ready for pick up by 2.30pm which is exactly what you said when I called to book it in. Yes it cost a little more for the same day service but the convenience of not having to take more time off work was well worth it.

I bought my husband this machine for his birthday last year and to say he loves it would be an understatement!

This the first time that I have had my Bezzera Galatea Domus serviced at Coffee Machine Specialist. My first request was to drop the machine off in the morning and collect that same afternoon to avoid making a double trip from the Gold Coast. I did have a positive result as a mutually convenient date was agreed on in advance. My technician Liam listened to my concerns regarding the diminished performance of my machine on drop off, and on return, give a very thorough explanation including pictures of what was causing the poor performance. I have used several different companies over quite a few years with numerous machines, and I can only give Liam the highest praise possible. I was also given extra cleaning information never relayed to myself before.
