Contactless Pickup – Drop off

To enable you to pickup machines, other orders or drop off machines for servicing, we have setup the following contactless service during the lockdown period.  For the safety of our customers and team members, our showroom will be remaining closed until the current situation improves.

Picking Up an Order Or Serviced Machine

  1. Complete payment for your service/purchase.
  2. eMail sales@coffeemachinespecialist.com.au at least 1 hour prior to your expected pickup time so we can ensure we have your goods ready.  Please make the subject line starting with “Booking”
  3. We are located at 199 Logan Road, Woolloongabba – Mon-Fri 8:30am to 4:30pm.  When you arrive, access our rear car park by taking the first driveway on the right off Taylor St.
  4. Please open your boot, and then return to your car and call us on 3272 9911 advising that you are ready for your order/machine.
  5. One of our team will come out to your vehicle and place your goods in your boot.
  6. Please note that if your machine/order will not fit in your boot, it will be left on the ground at the rear of your vehicle and you will need to load it in yourself.

Dropping Off a Machine For Service

  1. Download a copy of our service request form from the link below
  2. Ensure the form is completed, the terms and conditions are read and the form is signed
  3. eMail sales@coffeemachinespecialist.com.au at least 1 hour prior to your expected drop off time so we can ensure we do not have too many customers arriving at the same time.  Please make the first part of the subject line is “Booking”
  4. Place you machine (excluding trays & handles in the boot of your car along with the completed service request form.
  5. We are located at 199 Logan Road, Woolloongabba – Mon-Fri 8:30am to 4:30pm.  When you arrive, access our rear car park by taking the first driveway on the right off Taylor St.
  6. Please open your boot, and then return to your car and call us on 3272 9911 advising that you are ready for your machine drop off.  If your machine is not able to fit in your boot, then please place it on the ground behind the rear of your vehicle.
  7. One of our team will come out to your vehicle and pickup your machine.
  8. It should be noted that our technicians team is working at reduced levels and our 10 business day service guarantee has be temporarily suspended.
