Made in highlands of the Guji and sidama zones ,these fully washed beans give flavours of stonefruit. These are grown at an altitude of 1750m to 1875m above sea level. Yirgacheffe is one of the most famous name for coffee world and have some of the healthiest and naturally fertile growing conditions.
The aroma starts with bright spritzy acid up front with tart yellow stonefruit flavours, while full body carries to a long sweet caramel finish. It highlights original flavours with light medium roast.
