Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Hafursa GR1 natural coffee beans are slow dried and gives fruit forward cup of coffee. These beans single-origin coffee and are grown by smallholder farmers around kokanna mill at altitude of 1800-2000m and highly recommended for black coffee drinkers.
It will give intense profile with flavours of dark melon, cooked pineapple, leather and berry meddly. It features full syrupy body with a tart blackcurrant acid that lingers in the finish with toffee and chocolate.
If roasted lighter, it will help highlight the origin characteristics.
