Updated Safeguards For Your Health

Due to the current unprecedented and uncertain times, Coffee Machine Specialist have made the following changes to our operations:

  • We are suspending our 10 business day service guarantee effective immediately as we are unsure of our technical team’s availability and whether we’ll be instructed by the government to close our doors.  We would recommend to all customers that if your machine is still operating, that you hold off from bringing the machine in to us.
  • Effective from last week, our staff working in the showroom have been limited.  This may affect how quickly we are able to assist you. We appreciate your assistance and understanding.  If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a message and our team will return your call within a few hours.
  • Restrict the number of customers in our showroom to 2 at any one time.  Please wait outside our front door (with adequate spacing to other customers) until it is your turn to enter.
  • Repair services and all purchases must be prepaid prior to pickup.  This can be done via direct deposit (preferred), paypal or via credit card.
  • Our team will be unable to assist with the lifting of machines into and out of customer cars.  However, machines will be placed on a disinfected trolley to aid you with getting it to your car.

We request our customers:

  • Maintain appropriate safe distance from our team members at all times.  We have lines on the floor around our workstations to provide you with a gentle reminder.
  • Complete Service Request forms before dropping off a machine for service.  Phone or email for a copy or download from here.
  • Complete payment for completed repairs by direct deposit (preferred), paypal or by credit card prior to pickup of a machine.
  • Complete all purchases of accessories and new machines over the phone or through our website.
  • Prior to the pickup of a paid for serviced machine or new order, please call 0732729911 – 30 minutes prior to arrival with your invoice number.  Pickup is available from the front door only. This will allow us time to have your order ready for pickup with minimal interaction.
