Motta Coffee Distributor Leveller – Red Stainless

Product Description

This Motta coffee tamper is what every barista could benefit from. The result is proper extraction, avoiding the creation of “tunnels” and consistent espresso. Great when using with a naked portafilter.

HOW DOES IT WORK
After dispensing the ground coffee into the filter basket of the group handle, apply the aligner and twist it 2 to 4 times without pressing it. The profiled bottom of the straightener distributes the coffee as evenly as possible. Then compress the coffee with a classic tamper.
 
The aligner is rigid, made of high quality stainless steel and plastic. The top / “handle” is decorated with the “Motta” logo and a cat image.
